Busy Busy Busy...

So much to do, so little time!

Arranging for the furnature to go to an auction house for sale, and most of the rest of our stuff is going on Ebay.

Will be an uncomfortable time for a few weeks without alot of creature comforts, but it will be worth it in the long run!

Update!!

Firstly I must apologise for the gap in updates on here. A lot has happened in our lives the past few weeks, and we have made some big decisions!

We are leaving the UK behind! For me in particular this will be a big step as I've lived in Dover for almost my whole life. Agata and I have talked about it and thought long and hard about it, and have decided to build a new life together somewhere new. I am about to start a TEFL course to allow me to teach English as a foreign language, and then we are looking to start the new year in a new country - most likely Slovakia!

I am doing the TEFL course through "I to I" and it looks like and excellent program, and it offers a guarenteed job placement at the end of it.

So now Agata and I are busy busy busy, planning our exciting new future together!

8-1 to Agata!

Never mind Powerlifting, Olympic lifting or strongman, we took part in a massive sorting clash today.

After over an hour of intesnse competition, and hardcore athleticism....

Agata beat me 8 games to 1 at TABLE TENNIS!!

Hahaha!

Actually - it was quite hard work and got the blood pumping!

Update...

Making progress on Agata and I getting back in the gym.

In order for us to be able to get into the gym again, I need to get a better job with regular hours, and we need to get a car.

So over the weekend I applied for 6 jobs! I got a call today and I have an interview on friday! It is a little more money, and best of all, 9-5 hours, giving us time to get back in the gym!

Cross your fingers!

More to come soon....

Work in Progress!

Still working on setting up this blog. Today I added links to three of our favourite websites.

Hirep Gym is the gym in Folkestone, England where we trained in 2007, and will be again in the coming weeks. It is owned by Alan Collins, a World Champion Bench Press specialist. The gym boasts everything anyone could need in order to get strong! From A Monolift and competition standard benches, to a full range of Kettlebells and some strongman equipment, it's an aladdins cave of muscle!

The Whey Consortium are based in Gloucester, England, and are suppliers of bulk, low cost sorts supplements and Proteins. Steve Gardiner and Mike Betty are both competitive strength athletes, and in addition to selling supplements they have a fine and well equipped training facility.

Gemma Magnusson is a former Britain's Strongest Woman competitor, and her husband Benedikt is one of the strongest men on the planet. Together they run Total Nutrition Ltd, giving healthy living, nutrition and personal training advice tailored to the needs of the client.

Next update will be a little more about Agata and myself and our future plans, and some more pictures, so keep an eye out for that!
