Hi!

Welcome to our blog, my name is Colin Anderson, and my fiancee is Agata Wrobel. We will both be posting here about our lives, our interests, our friends, and our training.

Agata is a former Olympic weightlifter, having represented Poland at both the 2000 and 2004 Olympics, winning a silver, and a bronze medal respectively. I am a former amateur strongman competitor. We are both about to return to the gym in the near future, to train primarily for some Powerlifting contests in 2009.

We will be posting pictures and updates about our progress in the gym, and also about whatever else takes our fancy. So keep an eye on this blog as we'll update regularly, starting with me adding a few pictures and hopefully some video over the next few days.
